She just makes it so simple I feel like I have my own personal agent …her attentiveness to any issues I may have if beyond 5 star, anything I need I can reach out to her and she gets it done .. "Julie and Alice are a great support team. I have several vehicles insured with State Farm and they have always taken the time to provide extra assistance. After making a motorcycle claim they contacted me to ensure i didn’t continue paying for coverage i didn’t need. When I had my first car claim i wasn’t sure of the process and they walked me through it. In another instance when i didn’t feel I was getting the support I needed from the adjuster, i contacted Julie and she was able to reach out and find support for me."
